When Hollyhill Quilt Shoppe owner Jan Hill, decided to open the "Shoppe" in June of 2005, she wanted a place that she could escape to and quietly pursue her love of fabrics, quilting and decorating. Since she also owns another business in the area, she needed a location that was nearby. As she was driving through the historic area of West Linn, (known as historic Willamette) after returning from a quilting road trip...she happened upon the location of what is now known as Hollyhill Quilt Shoppe & Mercantile.

Our unique shoppe nestled in the historic Willamette area of West Linn, is known for its charming interior and gorgeous fabric selection. We strive to always carry a complete collection of fabrics in a certain grouping. There are countless hours spent in creating every detail of our shoppe, which hopefully creates a warm and customer friendly environment.

In the fall of 2008 the "Shoppe" moved into our new location at 1914 Willamette Falls Dr, which is across the street from our original location. Our new location is divided into two stores. Our main Shoppe space is dedicated to timeless fabrics that you can treasure from year to year. There is something to be said about these fabrics as they are the fabrics that no matter what, withstand the test of time...and trends! From florals to primitives, Americana to Christmas, we have a beautiful selection.

Our Children's and Contemporary side of the "Shoppe" opened in September 2010. This area is a separate store space within our building with its own entrance. This area of our "Shoppe" is home to prints from American Jane, Me & My Sister, Sandy Gervais and Sweetwater! You will also find collections from Valori Wells, Heather Bailey, Bonnie & Camille and some of those fabulous retro prints from Michael Miller. This area, like the rest of our "Shoppe" is continually refreshed to inspire.

The original location (1873 Willamette Falls Dr.) is now home to our other store Pickleweed, a new gift shop that features chandeliers, lamps, home furnishings and a variety of gift items for every occasion. "Pickleweed" opened in November 2009.

Our friendly team of staff members are knowledgeable and always ready to help.

*Our "Shoppe" is always changing to include the latest fabrics. We strive to keep our displays fresh and organized. You will never find fabrics thrown here and there. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a warm, inviting and inspiring atmosphere.
